This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'll be honest, I pretty much gave up on customizing Win 7, got my desktop "good enough for me" type of thing. There's far too many 2X1 pixel images to sort through and I can nearly guarantee that's what you need to find.
I bought and used Style Builder which can give you loads of hints on what does what. The website can be found here: [link] Hope that's of some help to you.
Nevermind the previous comment. I found which images contain the taskbar border. But I'm still having one problem. There's a short 1 pixel grey border above the start button when I remove the taskbar border. Do you know how to get rid of it (w/ aero.msstyles, I'm guessing)?
I was visiting Conscar's "Invisible Taskbar" theme, and found that you commented on his profile and found out that he removed the taskbar border by editing PNGs in aero.msstyles. I'm using a custom theme, but it isn't very different from the standard Win7 Aero theme. Did you ever find out which image contains the taskbar border? I'd really love to know the image #, since it's hard to find with hundreds of images. Thanks.
El - love your glass folders! They look beautiful in Explorer >>> However I wanted to try this toolbar add-on CoverFlow for Explorer ([link]) And in the Flow they just don't appear clean and crisp... IF YOU CAN CHECK IT OUT FOR ME, I'D REALLY LIKE TO SEE WHAT YOU COME UP WITH. [URL=[link]
Hey man..actually its the link i gave you but ignore it..yesterday they kicked me out from the contest because as they said its not on their standards..sorry for that i wasnt expecting it either!
Damn!! You can't edit posted messages!! One dial I've seen has kph around the top with rpm covering the bottom. That looks like a good one to play with. But best let me know what you really are looking for. The bigger and better the image, the better for me to "copy" and play with.
